Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of payment.

Refunds

Completed appointments are non-refundable.

Program fees become non-refundable once services for the billing period have begun.

Medication and laboratory services obtained through third-party providers are subject to the policies of those providers.
